About five months ago I
started weight watchers and lost ten pounds pretty quickly and the
difference is you get to eat what you want but amounts are limited. I
am now going back and forth with three or four pounds and am having a
difficult time going from eating as much as I wanted of certain things
to smaller amounts but more variety.
Either way, I find it's not easy.
I'm still trying to figure out what the answer is but when you're used
to eating big portions of "unhealthy" food it's a hard habit to break.
I'm hoping with time the task is going to be easier and I must say some
days are better than others.
