Raw Indian Diet
You may think Indians only eat rice and curry along with some flat bread. That may be true, but there are other things they eat also for a healthy raw diet.
Foods like tomato’s, cucumbers, apple, Indian mango, almonds with fat and protein along with some fish oil for essential fatty acids like omega-3.
