Effortless weight loss…
October 7th, 2008 by ThrandurHaving dieted for many years with mixed results, I began my last diet with a goal of losing 20 lbs before my son’s wedding. My husband is diabetic so I knew I would also have to take his needs into consideration when preparing meals.
A friend told me about the product Alli and said I should give it a try. Being somewhat skeptical, and having read rather negative articles about the product, we decided to go slow and instead of taking 3 pills a day, we started with just one and began reducing our fat intake at the same time.
Since the wedding was still some time off, we were not really too serious about the diet, but we were taking note of what we were eating, eating somewhat healthier, passing up seconds and such.
I was not really optimistic, but rather unexpectedly, the scales said something was happening. Since we were not really putting very much effort into this plan and still having some success, we decided to start walking a mile every other day and increase our intake of Alli to 2 pills a day.
The weight really began to come off and fairly quickly. Within 4 months we both had lost 20 pounds and it seemed pretty effortless. We also found our fat intake had dropped dramatically and our energy was increased.
As is often the case, when you have some success with a diet, you become motivated to do more, and the ease and time involved in taking the Alli did just that for me. Almost without my realizing it, food with too high a fat content were not appealing, and my size 10 jeans felt and looked so good.
Now, almost a year later, we have maintained our weight, and take the Alli only occasionally to get us back on track. I think the real benefit to this product is that the results are fast, and as you succeed, you are motivated to keep up the good work.
