Following a “fat free” diet

I was always tired and even though I hardly ate, I always felt “full”, and had no metabolism.
I felt a difference in the first week, and noticed a physical difference in about 2 weeks.
In about 2 months I lost about 18 pounds.
Now, instead of only “fat free”, I try to keep it under 5 grams of fat per serving of whatever I eat or drink.
I never tried to look up the diet, I just knew that fat is “bad” - don’t eat any.
